About Us

At Midland we specialize in frozen fish and seafood products. We have items packaged in bulk format that are ideal for Food service accounts as well as wholesalers. We also have products that come retail packaged with UPC’s that are sold to grocers and other retail establishments.

In addition to fish/seafood we have a growing bakery/pastry and dessert goods sector. We also have a few frozen meat items and dry goods.
